Keep up to date with all the happenings at Constru Casa! We are constantly building and improving lives in Guatemala with the help of our volunteers, donors and social project partners. For an insight on our latest projects take a look at our latest news, our in-depth family stories, and our photo gallery.

Volunteer

Volunteering at Constru Casa offers a unique cultural experience. Our volunteers share intensive work time with the local masons, and have the opportunity to share the lives of an underprivileged Guatemalan family, all the while contributing to improve their lives through the building of a new house. You can also enjoy living in one of the most beautiful cities in Guatemala--Antigua!

Donate

We need your help! The number of families Constru Casa can help every year depends on the donations we receive. A Constru Casa house costs $5,000 including all materials and labor.

Constru Casa's masons

Ciudad Vieja SchoolOur masons are all highly skilled and hard working local Guatemalans. They build the houses and community buildings from the ground up, often with the help of our volunteers. The masons are very patient and teach the volunteers about building, Spanish, and often times, soccer! We are lucky to have such a great team of masons to help us build better lives in Guatemala.
