Mission:
Constru Casa’s mission is to improve the quality of life of the poorest families in Guatemala by providing housing and offering support programs. Additionally, Constru Casa carries out other construction projects for the benefit of communities.

We strive to accomplish our mission through:

• The construction of sustainable houses for poor families.
• Offering additional housing-related improvements including energy
   efficient stoves and water filters.
• Providing post-construction services including family new-home orientation and instruction,
   as well as maintenance.
• Co-operation with strategic partners in the area of education, health-care and wealth
   programs.
• Consulting and supervision of community construction projects.
• Encouraging participation of poor families in community affairs.

Vision:
We aim to be recognized for our professionalism, for our dynamic contribution and for the quality of the projects we develop for the benefit of the poor Guatemalan population. Our integrated approach is not only based on offering a sustainable house to a poor family, but also to stimulate more development in social and economic areas. We regard a good relationship with our strategic partners as crucial, as they enable us to give more efficient and complete help to each family and its specific needs, before, during and after the construction of their house. We see ourselves as a positively growing, sustainable organization with a co-operative spirit taking into account all housing-related projects in Guatemala.
